Jason Derulo fans are getting pretty familiar with his $3 million home thanks to his overflowing content on the hit social media platform TikTok. He first bought the mansion for $3 million back in 2014. It’s located in the Tarzana area of Los Angeles and he’s been sharing the home with his model girlfriend Jena Frumes. There’s certainly a lot of room for both of them to social distance during the lockdown as Derulo’s home features five bedrooms and five baths in the main house.

The home looks like a palace from the outside. Of course, the property is fully equipped with celebrity-grade amenities like a 75-foot outdoor pool that’s often seen in his TikTok videos. When he’s not posting TikTok videos, Derulo is often found in a black and red-themed kitchen where he showcases his cooking skills and in the full-sized basketball court to get some shots up. His Tarzana mansion is undoubtedly massive but we’re certain that he won’t have any problems covering the mortgage and maintenance costs with his $16 million net worth!
