Zayn Malik is an English singer and songwriter. His father is a businessman, so he has lived in excellent conditions since he was a child. Zayn is going to be singing his name alone in his new $10 million Manhattan bachelor pad. Reportedly finalized on March 13 (the very day that ZiGi announced their break up), the Pillowtalk singer is going to be taking up residence in his four-bedroom, 3,597-square-foot loft without the presence of his ex-lover, Gigi Hadid.

Then again, whiling your time away sipping expensive alcohol in a multi-million pad with a neat open space design filled with mature textures and subtle neutral colors would be a great way to get over someone. Which seems to be the case for Zayn. He’s not letting the break up get in the way of using his fancy, fully functional chef’s kitchen, that’s for sure.
