We have known Beyoncé as a singer and dancer of excellent caliber. When she took a hiatus from Destiny’s Child in 2002, the singer decided to try out theatrical film and appeared on Austin Powers in Goldmember. Realizing she could do well solo, Beyoncé made moves to launch her own album and came out with Dangerously in Love in 2003. Four of the songs from the album occupying Billboard Hot Top 100 that year.

Not only are Beyoncé and Jay-Z partners in making music, but they are also partners in life and have purchased a number of properties together. One of them is an $88 million mansion in Los Angeles, the most expensive transaction in the area for 2017. The mortgage is estimated to be $252,000 monthly. The pad is said to be a masterpiece with its six structures made of marble, steel, and glass materials.
