Over the years, singer Kelly Clarkson has acquired quite a number of properties across the country. She has an off-the-grid ranch in Montana and a farmhouse-style residence located in Los Angeles, to mention a couple. The Encino property was built back in 2018 and is located in The Royal Oaks suburb of L.A. It is in the same neighborhood as other stars such as David Hasselhoff, Samuel L. Jackson, and Ice Cube. When she first bought the property, Clarkson paid $8.5 million and likely did not need to get any loans.

It is well worth the price tag considering it comes with eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and open-layout living spaces. Needless to say, there’s plenty of room to run around in for their four children. The outdoors feature lush gardens and towering trees, which also help with keeping their backyard secluded.
