Mike Myers & Sunday Molly

Mike Myers has made a name for himself as one of Hollywood’s most entertaining comedian and versatile actors. As an actor, he brought to life the cult classic Wayne’s World, and of course, Austin Powers. Myers was also Shrek’s voice in the Shrek films that instantly became a hit among the young and the old. To his credit, Myers is also an incredible father who doted on his children.

What’s more interesting about Meyers is that he’s also pretty creative when it comes to his kids’ names. The backstory on Sunday Molly’s name, for example, was that both Mike and his wife Kelly hated Sundays, but they wanted to make it into a good thing, thus christening their second-born with it. The name Molly was from Mike’s aunt from Liverpool, who he looked up to. Sunday Molly is very much grown up and looking every bit her father though we still have to wait and see if she will follow her father’s footsteps in the entertainment industry. One thing is for sure, though. He already secured his kids with insurance.
