Patrick Dempsey’s long run on Grey’s Anatomy just came to an end. Now it looks like he’s about to make a change in his life. Only this time, in terms of his real estate properties. According to Variety, the actor just spent a significant amount of his investment money on a 3.23-acre estate in Malibu, designed by Frank Gehry for a whopping $14.5 million.The estate is tucked under a gate, and it features a main house with three spacious bedrooms, three full fancy baths, and a half bath, as well as a large luxe room, a kitchen fully equipped for a chef, and multiple dining rooms.

Outside, the yard boasts plenty of outdoorsy details, including a luxurious pool area and an alfresco kitchen with a built-in pizza oven. The house features an awesome rock-climbing wall, a full soccer field, and even homestead structures like chicken coops and vegetable gardens. It even has an Airstream trailer, which was restored to serve as a guest house. Now that’s a beautiful house!
