ALICIA KEYS
Known as the Razor House, Alicia Keys’ ultra-futuristic abode was designed by Wallace E. Cunningham and is a visual feast. One of its most stand-out features are the floor-to-ceiling glass facades that perfectly frame the locale’s ocean views. Fans of the Marvel film franchise will recognize the property for being the inspiration behind Tony Stark’s Razor Point. In fact, the subterranean garage scenes in the film were shot here. It isn’t just all aesthetics, however.
The residence comes with 10,653 square feet of living space, comprised of six bedrooms, walk-in dressing rooms, and freestanding baths. It might appear intimidating on the outside, but the indoors are exquisitely decorated and actually quite cozy. Other amenities include a home cinema, a library, and two steam rooms. Originally listed for $45 million, Keys paid $20.8 million in investment money for the property, which is quite a steal, if you ask us.
