Matthew Perry has earned so much from playing Chandler Bing on the series Friends, making as much as $1 million per episode as of 2002. The actor has also appeared in several movies, including 17 Again, Almost Heroes and The Whole Nine Yards. While Perry is known for his more comedic roles, he can also do drama well. He also ventured into directing shortly after Friends ended.

Perry recently sold his $15 million Malibu home to give way to a much more modest $6 million cottage in the Pacific Palisades. Some might consider this a downgrade, but for the actor, it was the right decision for his current situation in life. This midcentury modern ranch-style house has 2,696 square feet of flooring and four bedrooms. The windows overlook the Pacific coast, allowing Perry to relax when things are difficult. While it was built in the 1960s, it was recently renovated to install modern and smart features.
