Throughout her childhood years, Katy Perry often sang alongside the local church choir. Not long after, she found her love for songwriting and eventually performed her compositions in public. Initially on the market for $19.25 million, Katy was more than lucky to buy it for a discounted price of $14.2 million. At over 7,000 square feet wide, this haven is filled with gorgeous sceneries through and through. With that said, it also has a pool cabana, among other amenities, and a separate guest house in case she has friends coming over.
