RYAN SEACREST

Television personality Ryan Seacrest recently listed his Beverly Hills property for a good $85 million. He bought it from fellow TV icon Ellen DeGeneres in 2012 for $36.5 million, and he decided to hire a moving company to transfer to a new abode. There are five structures on the three-acre property, and the 9,000-square-foot main house has four bedrooms, six bathrooms, two guest houses, and a separate three-bedroom house.

The main house features 22-foot-high ceilings with wood accents, an open-concept kitchen, a world-class gym, a movie theater, a library, a lounge with a wet bar, a spa, and many fireplaces. As for Seacrest’s main suite, it has its own pool and meditation garden. Manicured gardens, lawns, and dining areas also fill the outdoors, which feature another swimming pool and reflecting pond. This sprawling Beverly Hills compound is definitely a treasure! Nothing but the best for Ryan, right?
