Medina is famous for its state-of-the-art home security systems. The Amazon founder even has two houses located in the neighborhood that span approximately 5.3 acres.

However, let’s talk about his recent property purchase as of June 2019. Bezos reportedly splashed out a hefty $96 million on three apartments over four adjacent floors in Manhattan, New York. The four condos, located at Fifth Avenue, boast a combined floor space of 20,000 feet. The city-dwelling features 15 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. He can also access a game room, a cinema room, a fully equipped gym, and a golf simulator within the building. Like a true king, he also gains access to a 24-hour concierge service.
