JOEL OSTEEN

Televangelist, author, and preacher Joel Osteen is famous for founding Lakewood’s television program. Since then, the program has grown exponentially around the globe. Although he holds no formal degree, he sharpened his preaching skills under his father’s guidance. He has also written 15 inspirational books, some of which landed the New York Times Best Seller list.

With his various avenues of income, he was able to afford a $10.5 million home in River Oaks in Houston, Texas. It features six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a one-bedroom guest house, five open wood fireplaces,  a pool, a pool house, and even three elevators! The home has a large backyard where you can find tall green trees and a large concrete driveway that can probably fit more than 20 cars. Overall, it has a 17,000-square-feet space that occupies a massive 1.86 acres, and yes, only four people (his wife and two kids) live in it.
