Andie MacDowell

Andie MacDowell recently acquired a $1.26 million estate in an off-market deal for the Los Feliz house of Jonathan Karsh, documentary filmmaker and reality television producer. The house measures great 2,275 square feet. It features a 3-4 bedroom space and two bathrooms. Pictures taken last 2014 exhibit a living room with a lovely fireplace, wood ceiling beams exposed to give a rustic feel, and an attached dining room in Saltillo tile flooring that continues into the kitchen.

A minimalist den with a kiva-style fireplace stands next to a family room with bookshelves already built into the room and gorgeous French doors leading onto a dining deck with bench seats and trellis shading. On the outside, the grounds are covered in tree-shades, including a plush in-ground spa, a two-car garage in a detached driveway, and an over-the-rooftop canyon that opens up to the stretch of mountain scenery and the Griffith Observatory.
