Hayden became famous for her role as Claire Bennet in the TV series “Heroes”. In 2007, she was named one of the 100 most beautiful people in the world by “People” magazine. Hayden’s new place in Nashville seems to be something she’s sharing with her fiance, the boxing champ Wladimir Klitschko, who also owns a penthouse in the same vicinity, and she’s been witnessed to spend a lot of her time there.

The new house features what seems to be a blocky, thoroughly modern design with large floor-to-ceiling windows that let in loads of natural sunlight and looks out into the cityscape sprawled beyond. Outside, you can take a relaxing dip to beat the Florida sun, with ample lounge area to the side. By buying her new home, it can be said that Hayden is going Hollywood – Hollywood, Florida. Yeah, it seems like LA isn’t the top place for the famous anymore.
