Sylvester Stallone has always portrayed the tough guy and savior in his movies, and even in real life, we can say that Sylvester Stallone is also a hero. He currently holds the record of being the only actor to have a box office number one movie for five successive decades. That was a far cry from having financially unsuccessful films before his movie Rocky.

Now the star has approximately $400 million in the bank. Most of them came from his earnings from Rocky and his other top-grossing films. A good portion also comes from his income as a director. So what does a person with millions in investment money do with it? Well, buying real estate properties would be the most obvious answer. Stallone recently purchased a $35-million worth mansion in Palm Beach, Florida, probably to serve as one of his vacation homes.
