The Olsen twins have always gotten addressed as a pair, but it is important to know that they are separate people, Mary-Kate and Ashley. The two gained prominence for their performance in Full House and were two of their generation’s most notable child actresses. Apart from acting and fashion design, the Olsens were also into business and established Dualstar, a limited liability company that produced movies, books, and video games, among other things.

It is this venture that allowed them to earn as much as $500 million combined. When the two took control of the firm at 18, the released products appealed to teens, giving their product lineup a considerable degree of influence that translated to more money in the bank. Mary-Kate and Ashley had been working hard to make sure their brand remains sought after.  Of course, they also received substantial amounts from their role in Full House, and the two now sit among the wealthiest women in the entertainment industry.
