The actress and her husband, fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli splashed $9.5 million for this new residence located in the Ashley Ridge section of the affluent community. Described as a “contemporary farmhouse,” it has 12,000 square feet of living space and features a white exterior accentuated with varnished wood siding. However, the highlight is its tall ceilings paired with clerestory windows that let in plenty of natural light.

The estate comes with six bedrooms and nine bedrooms, a modern chef’s kitchen with marble countertops, an office, a movie theatre, a home gym, and even a studio for their daughter Olivia Jade who does YouTube videos. It might seem like a downgrade from their previous home, but we’re sure this one still required ample money management.
