Andre Romelle Young, better known to music fans as Dr. Dre, is one of hip hop’s legends. He also gets credit as one of the industry’s richest artists, with close to a billion to his name. Dr. Dre used to own this Woodland Hills mansion before deciding to put it up for sale back in 2019. It is valued at around $5.25 million, and considering how grand it is, the property might be a steal at that price!

It sits on about an acre of land and is within a gated community. The mansion itself has 16,000 square feet of living space and is styled after a French manor house. It comes with eight en suite bedrooms, elevator-serviced floors, an attached guest house, and a library, among others. Its foyer alone is about the same size as a mall atrium, which should give you an idea of how vast this residence is.
