George Richard Chamberlain is an American actor and singer born in March 1934. He is best known for co-founding the theatre group, Company of Angels in 1959. He contributed to theatre and arts as Company of Angels is still operating and housing talents. Chamberlain has starred in several Broadway shows like The Sound of Music, My Fair Lady, and Hamlet. He is also a known film actor. Chamberlain credit rolls include The Four Musketeers in 1974, The Man in the Iron Mask in 1977, and most recently, in the 2018 film Nightmare Cinema.
Chamberlain remained unmarried though he once has a civil union with his partner since1977. The couple lived in Hawaii since 1986 until Chamberlain decided to go back to Los Angeles to resume his acting career. At the age of 56, Richard Chamberlain is still having his time in the spotlight and actively participates in few TV shows.
